To the surprise of many, however, BritBrit wasn’t to blame; Sean Preston’s nanny dropped the infant while lifting him out of his high chair. A doctor checked Sean Preston’s bruised noggin and determined the baby safe. The nanny, however, wasn’t so lucky; Spears promptly gave her the boot.
