Britney Spears's former bodyguard has alleged that the star sexually harassed him and that her personal habits were diabolical. He claimed she walked around breaking wind and picking her nose, while refusing to wash for days on end.
Fernando Flores began legal proceedings against the mother-of-two last year, alleging that she sexually harassed him while he worked for her from February to June last year. He claims that she made 'repeated unwanted advances' at him, and often did so in the nude.
According to The Sun, new court papers filed by the former policeman state, "The sexual advances were unwanted for a variety of reasons. Spears had obnoxious habits, such as chain-smoking - making her smell continually of stale tobacco.
"She broke wind or picked her nose unselfconsciously and unapologetically and she was constantly and gratuitously loud and profane. She did not bathe for days, did not use deodorant, did not brush her teeth, did not fix her hair, did not wear shoes or socks."
Flores, who is seeking £6million in damages for the 'anxiety, depression and insomnia' he says that he suffered, also said that his experience as a police officer brought him to believe that Britney was under the influence of prescription drugs and methamphetamines.
The papers add, "Spears was mentally unstable, obnoxious and demanding - requiring staff on various occasions to address her as Jennifer or Queen Bee."Her lawyers are calling for the complaints to be thrown out, and have branded them an attempt to 'sully her reputation'.
