Britney Spears is once again being sued again, but this time for a fragrance bargain: Britney Spears is being sued again, but this time for a perfume deal. Her business partner alleges that she cut them out and signed a different deal. This is just lawsuit number two for Brit Brit this year and I’m sure we will be seeing more. It seems like everyone wants a piece of her. In this latest case she is being sued for $10 million.

The paperwork states: Brand Sense claims that Britney and her father/conservator, Jamie, decided to cut them out of the deal and instead go to Elizabeth Arden themselves. If this is the case, this is not good business. Not at all. They have every right to sue, but that will be up to the court. I’m sure Brand Sense wants their cut of the $15 million she makes a year, so this is just the beginning of a lengthy lawsuit.

This seems to be a legitimate lawsuit. Not one of those frivolous ones, where she is being sued for stealing a pick-up line. A line that I have heard so many times, that if I had a nickel for every time I heard it, then I would be rich by now. They seem to mean business or maybe its just a misunderstanding — like “the check is in the mail guys”.

I do feel sorry for Brit Brit she can’t move without being sued. It just goes to show, Biggie was right — “Mo Money Mo Problems”. That’s probably why she has been so reluctant to talk to the press. Who can really blame her? Britney has really had to shelter herself the last few years. Now, more than ever. Some of that is just her dad being the conservator. What could be the point of having all this fortune that everyone wants a piece of?
